By 'achieve', we are meaning anything you are wishing to be, have, and/or do. For example, it may be you are just wanting more peace, spiritual connection, or less stress in your life, not necessarily having to achieve something professionally, academically.
Coaching is often about discovering and changing aspects of yourself, determining what you truly want in your life, and then creating a plan and actions to achieve what you want. A theme that often arises is discovering and attaining what you want can be different than what you think you need to do or think you 'should' do.
Often coaching is conducted by phone in regular intervals over a minimum period of 4-6 months. We also feel it is important to explore developing a coaching program that suits your needs, time, and budget.
