Coaching
Coaching is about you achieving what you desire in your work, personal, and/or social life. Moreover it is about becoming who you want to be. And, it is about removing those things you don't want to be, do, or have.
Coaching works over a period of time by encouraging a shift in who you are, what you do, and how you do it. By offering a respectful, inquiring form of conversation and listening, coaching expands your ability to make significant changes, move forward in new areas and have more of what you want in your life. By stimulating new thoughts and ideas, coaching allows a broader array of actions than before.
Coaching provides a welcome opportunity for individuals, personally and in professional settings, to achieve greater success and happiness by exploring interests, goals, passion, and purpose. Coaching allows people to review their experiences, thoughts, attitudes, decisions and behaviors in a nonjudgmental, trusting and supportive environment. The result is often greater freedom to explore new options, to create a deeper understanding of personal accountability, and to make better choices for the future.
No change can happen unless the person being coached wants change to happen. Coaching requires that the coachee be open to being coached, which means being open to making changes in themselves. While coaching offers great potential for personal improvement and greater success, a person must be willing to work on improving self awareness and then make changes in order to effectively achieve their desired goals.
If you aren’t sure coaching is right for you, ask yourself if any of these scenarios fit?

Several things help ensure the greatest results from coaching:
Most coaching is conducted by telephone and sessions are scheduled at a regular and mutually-agreed upon time each week. However, we understand that at times unavoidable needs arise and we will make effort to respond flexibly.
Coaching sessions are strictly confidential. No information provided during coaching sessions will be discussed with anyone else without your permission.
